If no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slot, or the address is not fully provided, YolekFresh reserves the right to charge a fee equal to the sum of (A) 100% of the total dollar value of your fresh/perishable items (as our fresh/perishable items are specifically prepared for each order) plus (B) a re-delivery or cancellation fee of S$5.99

Due to weather and seasonal issues, some products may be affected. At YolekFresh, we try our level best to fulfil the needs and wants of our valued customers. We are always happy to let the freshest item be on sale and that which is not in season, will be out of stock.
For most of our fresh products, we import directly from farmers. For special ones, we usually work with multiple seasoned suppliers to ensure the freshest and highest quality.
While we endeavor to provide an accurate description of the products, we do not warrant that such description is accurate, current, or free from error.
There is no 100 percent guaranteed Fresh Product anywhere in the world, we try our very best to deliver the best we could, however, if the items are not satisfactory, please let us know within 48 hours, we will then evaluate the products(Image from you) and submit for a refund for you. Products delivered after 48 hours are not subject to any refund/exchange.

Our team will process the refund which take 5~7 working days, once it's done, our payment platform Stripe will submit refunds to your bank immediately. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
Store credit is a value we offered as a form of refund for the value of item purchased. Example - If you order our box deal, and there’s an item that was affected, we will not be able to refund for the item, store credit will be issued to your account instead. You can use the store credit to purchase any item during your next order.
Once you receive an email indicating what is the value of the store credit, you may use it at your next order. During checkout, at the 3rd stage, PAYMENT, you will be able to click on the button APPLY to use your store credit.
